Magistrate Arshad Chaia has postponed the matter after defence lawyers requested more time to consult with their clients.
Defence lawyers, Advocate Johannes Venter and Jodi Meyer, further made an application for the disclosure of the contents of the statements made by the accused while in custody.
They argued that their clients were not allowed to get legal representation before making the statements to the police.
The magistrate granted the defence an opportunity to have access to the statements. The state is opposing bail.
