The bail application of former Free State premier Ace Magashule’s ex-Personal Assistant, Moroadi Cholota will continue in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.

Cholota’s defence says it was dismayed with the decision of the Court to decline oral submissions in the bail application.

Magistrate Estelle de Lange indicates that submissions in writing would be more clear than oral submissions. The defence is expected to submit oral and written arguments.

Cholota is among the accused in the R255 million asbestos roof removal scandal involving Magashule and others, dating back to 2014.

She is accused number 17 in the asbestos case.
