The Forum 4 Service Delivery (F4SD) is confident of victory in the Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality in the North West. The party says the electoral promises contained in its manifesto, will turn the tables on the African National Congress (ANC), which has led the municipality for the past 27 years.

The F4SD is promising employment to young people and the opening of education colleges. The area has a 45.8 percent youth unemployment rate.

Twenty-six-year-old Lucky Phamodi is one of those without work.

“The government is failing us. At least if there were some facilities that were there maybe to help us work with skills for doing jobs with our hands, it would be better. Because right now if I take my CV and go to town to drop my CV looking for a job. They just take it and tear it and destroy it and put it in a dustbin,” says  Phamodi.
