VIDEO: Swearing-in of Mandla Ndlovu as Mpumalanga Premier

Mandla Ndlovu is being sworn in as Mpumalanga Premier, following which, he’s expected to announce members of his executive council.

The swearing-in ceremony follows the election of Ndlovu unopposed, during the first sitting of the legislature last week Friday.
