Over 300 suspects arrested in Limpopo

Over three hundred crime suspects have been arrested for various crimes in different parts of Limpopo.

Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba says the suspects have been arrested for crimes including, murder, rape, assault, carjacking among others.

Ledwaba says they have also confiscated drugs and stolen properties.

“Furthermore, police confiscated a substantial quantity of drugs such as dagga, heroine, crystal meth, illicit cigarettes and stolen property, including cellphones as well as counterfeit goods. The Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe stated the successful outcome of these operations reflects our ongoing dedication to maintaining law and order.”

“We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that those who engage in criminal activities face the consequences of their actions in terms of the law,” adds Ledwaba.
