Ramaphosa set to virtually answer oral questions in Parliament

President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to virtually answer oral questions before the National Assembly on Thursday.

The President is scheduled to answer oral questions before the House at least every three months.

Deputy President Paul Mashatile as leader of government business is set to address the session of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) called the Three Sphere Planning Session.

Additional work in the business of Parliament includes the meetings of about seventeen committees.

They will be receiving various briefings from different government departments and entities.

The Portfolio Committees on Police, Small Business Development, Health, and Defense and Military Veterans are just some of the committees that will be receiving presentations.

Both the National Assembly and the NCOP are expected to convene their respective programming committee meetings.

Cabinet ministers in the peace and security cluster are also expected to appear in Parliament to answer oral and answer session.
