Roads Agency Limpopo CEO suspended

The Roads Agency Limpopo (RAL) has suspended its CEO Gabriel Maluleke pending an investigation into his conduct.

The RAL says in a statement that the aim of the suspension of Maluleke is to ensure that further investigations are conducted without interference.

The agency is currently under the management of an accounting authority, while the process of appointing a new board of directors gets underway.

It says this measure has been implemented to maintain oversight and address the challenges facing the agency.
