SABC to broadcast Boks vs All Blacks live

The biggest rugby match of the year, Saturday’s Rugby Championship test match between South Africa and New Zealand, will be accessible to millions of South Africans.

SuperSport and the SABC have reached a once off agreement to celebrate 30 years if democracy and the public broadcaster will now televise the match live.

It will be broadcast on SABC 2 and other platforms of the SABC. Kick-off at Ellis Park is just after 5pm.

It’s a replay of last year’s World Cup final that the Springboks won and at the same venue where the Springboks beat the All Blacks to win their first World Cup in 1995.
