Three drivers arrested for over speeding on the N1 in Limpopo

Three drivers have been arrested for apparent over speeding on the N1 in Limpopo. A Mercedes Benz driver had clocked 225 km on a 120 km per hour zone.

A VW Golf driver was also arrested for clocking 203 on the 120 km per our zone on the N1 near Ysterberg. Another Mercedes Benz driver had clocked 174 km on the 120 km per hour zone also near Ysterberg.

Traffic spokesperson Matome Moremi-Taueatsoala says the drivers have been charged with reckless and negligent driving.
