Unidentified male body discovered in Free State river

A decomposed body has been discovered in Namahadi River in Phuthaditjhaba in the Free State.

Police are seeking the communities’ assistance in locating the family of the unidentified male believed to be in his 30s.

Police spokesperson, Mmako Mophiring, says the body was found tied with plastic strings on both hands and legs. Mophiring says a case of murder has been opened.
