VIDEO: Motlanthe launches Eastern and Southern Africa Commission on Drugs

Former president Kgalema Motlanthe has launched the Eastern and Southern Africa Commission on Drugs in Cape Town.

As chairperson of the organisation, he says the aim is to mobilise regions in a bid to enact reform and change as drug abuse soars throughout the continent.
