South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) COO Ian Plaatjes makes an announcement regarding the Rugby World Cup 2023 broadcast rights.

Earlier on Thursday, the SABC announced it had met the necessary requirements to finalise an agreement with pay channel giant MultiChoice for coverage of the tournament.
