Enoch Ndou murder trial adjourned until Monday

The trial against multiple murder accuse Enoch Ndou, has been adjourned until Monday next week by the High Court in Thohoyandou sitting at the Waterval Magistrate’s Court outside Louis Trichardt in Limpopo.

Ndou stands accused of killing seven family members, including four children, at Jimmy Jones village near Malamulele on a Christmas Day of 2021.

Judge Thogomelani Tshidada has postponed the matter as he must preside in another trial.

“The court will not be available to continue with this matter due to the fact that there is another matter which we have arranged to deal with expert evidence, as a result this matter shall stand-down until Monday, the 12th of August for further proceedings.”
